The 4th or heart chakra is located in the centre of the chest. It reconnects us to the green in nature, where we always feel more centred and peaceful as it opens our heart centre and envelopes us in her loving arms.

Pyrite, a stone of protection, shields from negative forces, physically, emotionally and etherically; it allows one to see behind facades reminding us of the everlasting presence of the sun while assists one in seeing behind the facades, promoting what lies behind words and actions. It keeps out pollutants on all physical levels and allows one to connect with energy of the Earth greatly increasing vitality. Pyrite stimulates intellect and enhances memory; it helps male sexual dysfunction, combats skin disease, fungal infection, as well as cellular invasion by viruses.

Peridot a healing stone, offers a protective shield around the body bringing warm and friendly energy. It is a cleansing stone which helps then to bring openness and acceptance to the intellectual pursuits of the matters of love and relationships. This stone helps remove blockages to receiving allowing one then to receive with grace and gratitude. Peridot helps to strengthen the blood, counter the effects of anaemia and poor absorption oxygen. It is excellent in helping to recover from tobacco and other inhalant addictions.
